At Barkside Buddies, we want every pet to have a happy, safe experience and for every pet parent to feel confident booking with us. Here’s what to know:

• Full payment is required before services start.
• Invoices are sent through text via the walkies
• Payment Options: Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Check

• Cancel 72 hours or more in advance for a full refund.
• Cancel less than 72 hours ahead? A 10% fee applies.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Pets must be up to date on vaccines.
• Aggressive or sick pets may be refused for everyone’s safety.

• In a medical emergency, we’ll contact you ASAP. If we can’t reach you, your pet will receive veterinary care at your expense.
